USING PDF FILES

1) PDF files should open as a regular webpage in your browser, along with tool buttons to make changes. If not, you may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. This download should be free.

2) TO ENTER TEXT IN PDF: Choose a PDF file with empty blue boxes. Point and click on the small box at the top right to enter the price per student. Point and click on the large bottom blue box to enter other information and contact information. Hint: When your cursor passes over a place to type, it will change from a pointer (crosshair) to an i-beam (text tool).

3) Make sure options, such as "fit to page" or "scale to margins" are checked before printing (if desired).

4) Set the number of posters / fliers and print.

Note: The PDF files cannot be saved. When you quit Adobe Reader, your changes will be lost. (Sorry. That's the way they made it.) If you need to make more prints, click the link and fill in the information again.

CLIP ART PRODUCTION NOTES

- Reducing the images to fit is recommended.
- Enlarging images may ruin clarity.

If the posters, fliers, or clip art appears / prints larger than desired, reduce (scale) the images in your document / publication program. If the images appear / print too small, check your document print settings. Make sure "reduce to fit" or "fit on page" settings are turned off if you want to avoid enlarging which causes loss of clarity.
