AMAZING PROFOUND TEACHINGS WILL NOT WIN OVER THOSE WHO ARE DEAD SET AGAINST CHRIST. The teaching of Jesus. - John 7:15. They were amazed at His teaching. John 7:46 - John 7:16-18. Jesus explains about His teaching. - John 7:19. People are trying to kill Me. - John 7:20. The crowd unfamiliar with the events in John 5 were unaware of those seeking to end His life. John 5:18.
IT IS DISTURBING THAT PEOPLE WILL APPROVE OF SOME THINGS THAT FITS IN THEIR WAY OF THINKING, BUT ARE VEHEMENTLY OPPOSED TO ANYTHING THEY DON’T APPROVE OF. JOHN 7:21-23 - A MAJOR SHORTCOMING OF PEOPLE. JOHN 7: 24 They judge by appearances. How do you make a right judgment? - Evaluate what is said and what is done. - Evaluate it in light of Scriptural teachings. - Be knowledgeable of the facts before you make a decision. They are debating over whether Jesus is the Christ. John 7:25-27. John 7:41-42, 52

When do we receive the Spirit? John 7:39 Acts 2 Acts 8:14-17 Acts 19:1-6 Do we receive the Holy Spirit after we accept Jesus? Does someone have to lay hands on us for us to receive Him?
