Dear Parents,

Nothing is more important than your child’s safety. We are in the process of using “KidCheck” to check your child in to our facilities. This is a very simple to use program yet it is highly efficient. This program will tell us, as your childcare provider, who is authorized to pick up your children. It will also inform us of any allergies, medical issues, and provide emergency contact numbers and even allow for text messaging if you choose!

In order for this system to be as accurate and safe as possible all the information we have will need to be entered by you the parent or guardian at the time you enroll your child in our program. To do this simply go to www.kidcheck.com, select “Sign-Up” in the upper right hand corner. At the bottom of the page is a link titled “Create a Free Parent Account”, left click this link and input the requested information. You will then have the option to upload pictures of you, your children, authorized, and non authorized guardians. This is an optional step but highly recommended as it will aid the teachers in the classroom.

This is very important that you do this before we start the summer program so we will have an easy flow the first day of class. If not the line could be long and there could be a long wait for a computer. You must check your child in through our computers.
