The Fall 2012 Meadowood Kids Mother's Day Out session will begin Tuesday, August 21. Space is limited and enrollment will be first come - first served. (Registration Fee is a total of $70.00 for the school year.) A $35.00 non-refundable registration fee for each child and a completed registration form is required to put your child's name on the permanent reservation list. The second semester $35.00 non-refundable registration fee will be due August 20 or 21. You will not need to register your child(ren) again for the second semester.

The monthly fee is:
- One child for both Tuesday and Thursday is $120.00
- Two children for both Tuesday and Thursday is $220.00
- Three children for both Tuesday and Thursday is $330.00

Kindergarten and pre-kindergarten children who come for a half day at Meadowood Kids Mother's Day Out is $75.00 per month. (Registration fee is a total of $50.00 for the school year.) Registration fee of $25.00 for one half day is required to put child(ren)'s name on the permanent list. The second semester $25.00 non-refundable registration fee will be due August 20 or 21.

Please obtain, read, and keep a copy of our Meadowood Kids Mother's Day Out Policies for complete information concerning monthly fees, cancellation policies, parent responsibilities, etc.

If your child is 3 years old before August 31 they will go into the 3 year old program and they must be potty trained in order to move up to this class.

We will have open house on Monday, August 20 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A MEDICAL RELEASE AT THIS MEETING
SO BRING YOUR CHILD'S INSURANCE INFORMATION.
